If you are using Goose on behalf of a company, these Terms apply to that company too.

About Goose
Goose is a pricing and profitability intelligence platform for freight and transport operators.
Goose Tech Pty Ltd ACN 697 024 016 (Goose Tech) operates the Website and the Goose platform. References to “Goose”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms mean Goose Tech.
2. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to anyone who:
visits or uses the Website;
registers for or uses the Goose platform; or
contacts us via the Website or any linked channel.
If you are using Goose on behalf of a business, you are agreeing to these Terms on that business's behalf, and you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Using the Website
3.1 What you can do
You may access and use the Website for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may browse our content, request a demo, and contact us.
3.2 What you can't do
You must not:
use the Website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or our systems;
scrape, copy or reproduce any content from the Website without our prior written consent;
upload or transmit any material that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes a third party's rights;
use automated tools to access, monitor, or copy the Website; or
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3.3 Platform access
Access to the Goose Platform (beyond the public Website) is governed by our Subscription Terms, available at get-goose.com/subscription-terms. These Terms apply to your use of the Website only. If you are a Goose subscriber, the Subscription Terms take precedence over these Terms in relation to your use of the Platform. If you have a separately executed Master Agreement or SaaS Agreement with Goose, that agreement takes precedence over both these Terms and the Subscription Terms in relation to your use of the platform.
4. Intellectual Property
We own everything related to the Goose services, including but not limited to the design, compilation, and look and feel of the platform. We also own all rights in our copyrights, trademarks, designs, inventions, and any other intellectual property.
You agree not to alter, remove, or obscure any trademark, copyright symbol, legend, or other proprietary marking on the Platform or Website. No right, title, or interest in the services, or any rights associated with them, is transferred to any user.
Any use of the services not expressly permitted by these Terms, the Subscription Terms, the SaaS Agreement, or the Master Agreement is a breach of these Terms and may also violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. If you breach these Terms, your right to use the Platform and services may be terminated immediately.
5. Third Party Links
The Website may contain links to third party websites. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link from our Website doesn't mean we endorse the linked site.
6. Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or complete. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goose is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website.
To the extent permitted by law, Goose’s total liability to you in connection with the Website (to the extent any liability exists) is limited to the greater of:
AUD $100; or
the amount (if any) paid by you to use the Website in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Goose Tech, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
your breach of these Terms;
your misuse of the Website; or
your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We care about your privacy. Our Privacy Policy (available at goose.com.au/privacy) explains how we collect, use and handle your personal information. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we'll let you know. Your continued use of the Website after any update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and International Users
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
The Website is controlled and operated from Australia. If you access the Website from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations. Goose makes no representation that the Website or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Accessing the Website from territories where its content or services are illegal is prohibited.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
